Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Advanced Search in Assignment Summary page based on Buyer is always resulting no rows.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to find results in the search page.

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Navigate to the assignments tab in the buyer work center in the CLM responsibility>

2. Select search button to search all assignments>

3. Enter in a value for status as completed> Enter in a buyer> Select search> no values returned even though data exists.

4. When trying to search using assignment number/status and the buyer field, no values are returned.

    We are able to see the data in the assignments results if we just use status or assignment. However, when we try to narrow the search using buyer, no values are returned.
