Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ERP transactions do not interface to Installed Base, so Installed Base Item Instances are not created for IB trackable items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect IB item instances to be created from these transactions.
