Not Able To View All Operating Units that have the same Org_id in List of Values of Customer Sites Screen (Doc ID 2169902.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module

We have over 200 Operating Units defined for a single Org but not able to see them ALL in the List of Values(LOV)

The Operating Unit in Customer Sites Screen Does not display the full list in the List of Values (LOV)
even though they are in the same Org_id.

The operating unit should be visible when defining the customer sites.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query a customer
Select Accounts tab > Account Site > Account Site Details
In the Operating Unit field, click the drop down arrow to open the LOV.

We only see the partial list of Operating Units for the Org_id
available in the List of Values (LOV).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create customer for the respective operating units.
