Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Open Enrollment is not carrying forward coverage end dates due to Long Term Disability (LTD).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query for an employee who is currently NOT enrolled in Long Term Disability (LTD) but previously elected.
2. Process the Open life event.
The LTD end date disappears.
