Goal

Benefits ACA Errors Report does not produce output.

Uploaded the error XML from IRS, ran the Benefits ACA process Error Data XML and Benefits ACA Errors Report.

This produces error below when attempting to generate an error report:

Exception in running report oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: receipt id not matching with xml
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: receipt id not matching with xml
