In Oracle Release 12.1.3, you have subscribed (synchronous subscription) to the standard business event The business event subscription function was working fine for ~ 2 months and then an  issue occurred where one delivery was not captured after ship confirmed and Interface Trip Stop ran.

Are there any tables which a user can check to confirm the business event is invoked?
Are there any tables which a user can check for exceptions which caused the business event not to fire?
