After completing a clone, users report error 'FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup' when opening forms.

The formsstd.out files shows the below error:-

xx/xx/xx 00:00:00 Forms session <1> aborted: runtime process failed during startup with errors /u01/EBS/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/frmweb: error while loading shared libraries: libXt.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

2. Open A Form
