When Submitting concurrent program "Create Intercompany AP Invoices" errors

 Before the call to inapcih(). In inliap.lpc, inapcih()
vendorId = 44 vendorSiteId = 147 ....
SQL Error in inapcih().
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1455 in inapcih()

Cause: inapcih() failed due to ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .
Function inapcih() returned failure.End of Processing Invoice ID: 9145936

Transaction ID: 9145936 Status: FAILURE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  Submitting concurrent program "Create Intercompany AP Invoices" errors 

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Can't create AP Intercompany invoices
