Goal
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Upgrade related issues
When upgrading from 11i to 12.2 via the 12.2.0 main upgrade driver <Patch 10124646>, the following situation occurs.
After we have already upgraded the database to 12.1.0.2 using datapump and installed 12.2.0 using Upgrade mode, there is a potential conflict with the GUEST login information.
The GUEST username password is not set to the default value (ORACLE) in the 11i Applications from where we have imported the data, and in R12.2.0 we have installed the default GUEST username password.
Do these different passwords for GUEST on source and target effect the upgrade process?
