UPK Unable to connect. Error: ORA-28001: the password has expired

Unable to log into UPK.  Error seen in the oddev<date>.log file is as follows

ORA-28001: the password has expired


The oddev log file mentioned above is the main log file we use to help troubleshoot UPK related issues.  In order to obtain the locally stored UPK log file, please do the following:

  a:  In Windows File Explorer, navigate to the following directory:  C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\local\UPDev*

  b:  In the root of the UPDev* directory, locate the most recent oddev<date>.log file
