R12: Wrong Data Displayed When Submitting A Change Request, Change Order Or Issue

Wrong data is displayed when submitting a Change Request (CR), Change Order (CO) or Issue.
More than one CR exists with the same type. When the user wants to change the status of CR 'Test_2_AH_CR_AUT_RES' to submitted, in the Confirmation page the data related to another CR 'Test_AH_CR_STD_NON_RES’ which is already approved is displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Open a project
Bring it up under the "Control" TAB
Review the list of items here and select 1 item to change the status
Change status and save it.
Go back to the "Control" TAB and selects another item to change it's status, but system brings up an item that was not selected.
Next go back and log off.
Log back in and select the same item again (for status change) and this time the correct item is selected.
This is the issue.
