On : 12.1.3 version, Setup flow
When creating Service Requests(SR) for Canada customers, the Incident time zone is not displayed and the Incident respond by date is not populated
Expect the Canada timezone to be populated for the Incident Timezone.
Steps to Reproduce
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Create SR using Canada Address
