E-Business Suite 12.2.5 Concurrent Processing, Request Processing issues


When submitting a concurrent program and defining the FTP delivery options, if the length of the username field is greater than 30 characters the below error occurs:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_VAULT", line 904 ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_VAULT", line 715 ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_DELIVERY", line 423 ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_DELIVERY", line 223 ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For any concurrent program perform the following:

1. In the Delivery Options tab, go to FTP Delivery Options Table
2. Enter "User Name" which is greater than 30 characters
3. Hit Submit button.
4. Request results in error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run scheduled reports as required, resulting in management not having information required to run the business.
