Last updated on SEPTEMBER 02, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Label Printing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Express Receipt transactions printing duplicate labels.

When we perform an Express Receipt transaction by LPN, multiple labels are printed for each part number in the LPN, with the quantities for each part number. If we have Qty 10 of part number A and Qty 5 of part number B, 2 labels will be printed for part number A, one for qty 10 and one for qty 5, and the same will happen for part number B. Our receiving personnel must sift through the labels and match the correct quantities with each part number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
One label per item with only the correct quantity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as receiving responsibility
2. Navigate: Inbound -> Express Receive -> Int Ship ->
3. Enter the Org code of the receiving organization (USA in this case)
4. Enter the shipment number
5. Enter the LPN
6. Enter through to Done.
7. LPN is received and duplicate labels print
