Java Error When Refreshing Case Folder: java.lang.NumberFormatException

Symptoms

When refreshing a case folder, the following error is received (only partial error message is copied below):


oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NumberFormatException: null

at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAUtility.invokeMethod(OAUtility.java:211)

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Super User
Navigation
: Analysis

  1. Credit Management Super User -> Analysis
  2. Find a case folder where the 'Update' icon is not active
  3. For that case folder, click on the 'View All Data' icon
  4. Click on 'Refresh All Data', get the error
