Symptoms
Getting an error on the Service Contracts authoring form when clicking the 'Mass Update' button. If you click on the button an 'OKS_MASS_UPD_LOCK_USER' error message appears. After you click on 'OK' the contract is greyed out and uneditable.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Open a Service Contract in Entered status.
3. Click on the Mass Update button on the form.
4. The Contract is locked for update and gives error message 'OKS_MASS_UPD_LOCK_USER'.
