R12: PA: PRC: Process Structure Updates Errors with, 'You have charged a supplier invoice to this task with a finish date that is after the task finish date' (Doc ID 2172092.1)

Symptoms

Submitting a work plan for a project displays an error.  The PAWPUWBS module: PRC: Process Structure Updates log displays the error of,

"Error: You Have Charged A Supplier Invoice To This Task With A Finish Date That is After the Task Finish Date

Please revise the task finish date so that it is the same or later than the supplier invoice finish date.

Have one supplier invoice that was been imported to the project using the this task.

The issue is that the self service windows of the project are not permitting a change to the finish date of the task.

Changed the Trans Finish Date in forms (PAXPREPR), but that did not resolve the issue.
