Getting "This Usage Assignment Does Not Exist" Error While Inactivating Customer Account For Second Time

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This issue is occurred in customer form while inactivating the customer account, mainly in below scenario:
Inactive Customer account >> Active the customer>> Again Inactive the same customer
While inactivating it for second time, it is throwing error:This Usage Assignment Does Not Exist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers >> Customers
1. Search for a customer
2. Inactive customer account and save.
3. Active the same customer account and then again try to inactive that account.
4.It throws above error.
