Price Book Created with Pricing Basis As "Price List" Brings in Data From Other Price Lists Too (Doc ID 2172218.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Price Book

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price Book created for a Price List, brings the Global price list but not the defined one, in some cases.

Running Price Book report for a Operating Unit, Order Fullfillment context, and using a specific Price List, and a Customer (Required Field).
The price book report (excel) and screen brings the information of a different price list in the lines. This is not a expected behavior.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect correct price book to only show data from price list assigned to pricing basis.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create 2 price lists: one global, other not global, assigned to the OU that will be used for testing.


2) Create the Price Book
Responsibility: Oracle Pricing User > Advanced Pricing> HOME

Tab: Reports
Select the button: Create new Price Book
Options:
Name: XX_TEST_PB
OU: Select one
Pricing Perspective: Order Management
Product Criteria: Price List
Price List Name: (OU Price List)

Currency: (Price List Currency)
Customer: (Any customer)
Pricing Basis: Price List
Price List Name: (the same of Product Criteria)

Template : PRICE BOOK DETAILS
Format: XLS (Excel)

Run the report
