EAM Work Orders Cannot Use Work In Process (WIP) Accounting Classes For the Associated Project (Doc ID 2172290.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
1.  When entering an Accounting Class for a Work Order, the Accounting Class changes
2.  When completing a Work Order, the completion subinventory can be chosen from another Project

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Accounting Class and subinventory should be associated with the Work Order's project, not the Asset's parent Work Order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
     Navigation: Work Orders> Work Orders

2.  Choose a work order.  Since the Work Order is associated with a project, enter the project's WIP Accoujnting Class (WAC).  The WAC changes.
