Symptoms
When attempting to perform a move transaction, the following error occurs.

Some records in this group cause errors. Check error interface table for more information.
Steps
1. Responsibility: Work In Process
2. Navigation: Move Transactions > Pending Move Transactions
3. Any attempt to submit the records individually results in the same record.
