Symptoms

While applying a 12.2.X upgrade patch it fails with the following error:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/XXX/XXXXX/XXXX/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/XXX/XXXXXX/XXXX/appl/csr/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/csrebrmig.sql &un_apps &pw_apps &un_csr &pw_csr &un_apps_ne &pw_apps_ne'
