Users Get "Please wait" Message During LPN Ship In Mobile

When using LPN Ship transaction with multiple shipments, then Ship Confirm takes a few minutes.
This is happening after upgrading to 12.1.3. Gather stats has been run. However, any time there is a large shipment involving multiple items/LPNs, the 'Please Wait' message appears on the scanner.
The SQL trace file for the performance issue, shows the following expensive SQL
Expect this to be less than a minute
1. Login into Mobile Telnet/GUI
2. Navigate: Outbound > Shipping > LPN Ship
3. Enter the needed information and click on Ship All
4. Notice the "Please wait" message.
