Inconsistency in Approvals for the Creation and Adding To an Active Investor Agreement (Doc ID 2172710.1)

When initially creating an Investor Pool and an Investor Agreement there is a Validation process, but there is no approval process or any "Approve" button.

However, when adding a contract to an active Investor Agreement, there is an "Approve" button and then a "Submit" button. The "Approve" button does not seem to initiate any approval Workflow and as a result does not seem to serve any purpose.

Is there any way that these two processes, creating and adding to an Investor Agreement ,can be more consistent?

For example:

a) An Approval process should be available when the Investor Agreement is being created initially
b) The Approve button at the time of adding a contract to an Active Investor Agreement should be removed.

The preferred solution would be to have Approvals available at both levels so that Approvals Management can be used to control these.
