Copy Requisition Allowed When Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Expired (Doc ID 2172836.1)

Symptoms

Copying a requisition that is sourced to an expired BPA (blanket purchase agreement) is allowed in 12. Despite the warning message, the requisition is copied.

Warning message

Source documents assigned to one or more lines in the original requisition are no longer valid. Invalid source documents have been either unassigned or replaced with a matching source document in the new requisition.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1:  Expire catalogue line in GBPA (global blanket purchase agreement).
Step 2:  Go to iProcurement and copy the same line item from previous requisition, which was raised before expiring line, into the cart.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout
Step 4: Submitted requisition successfully and it's approved.
