ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue is that the service line item is not visible while trying to attach to the counter group

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Service line item should be able to assign to Counter group

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created Counter Group: "Group Name"
2.Tried to create Counter for Service item Inspection for counter group Inspection
3.Tried to search Service Item "Item Name" (already defined in item master & few service contract already created on it.).
4.Service Org Profile defined.
5."Item Name" item defined.
6."Item Name" item Assigned to all Org.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to attach counter group with the services.
