Symptoms

Business event is not raised, when a line is scheduled by copying the Schedule Ship Date (SSD) from previous record. That is, if we pass the schedule ship date directly, something like "20-JUL-2016 23:59:00", instead of "20-JUL-2016 00:00:00", then even though line gets scheduled, BE is not raised.
