R12 :AP:Unable To See The Contents Of Additional Information Tab For the Processed PPR

On : 12.2.4 version,
R12 :After PPR done, Query the PPR again the Additional Information tab details are not visible.
STEPS to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Payable Responsibility-> Payment Administrator-> Create PPR.
2. Mentioned the information on Additional Information Tab.
3. Complete the PPR.
4. Query the PPR again and check for additional information given at the time of PPR creation.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is Unable to see the contents of Additional Information tab for already made Payment Process Request.
