R12.1:CE: Journal Entry Name Field Is Truncated in General Ledger Reconciliation Detail Report (Doc ID 2173142.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Other Issues


The user cannot export the General Ledger Reconciliation Detail Report to excel
neither see the whole field value for the Journal Entry Name field as the field is too small.

Expect to be able to see the value of the field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Cash Management
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the General Ledger Reconciliation Detail Report (CEXRECRE.rdf)

The user cannot export the General Ledger Reconciliation Detail Report to excel
neither see the entire value for the Journal Entry Name field which is truncated.

The user can run the report and export it only as text.
The printed report does not show the entire value for the Journal Entry Name field.
Need to expand this field (Journal Entry Name).

Note:
The MSD Cash Management Associate responsibility has read-only access to the General Ledger Reconciliation Detail Report
so the user cannot export the file to excel.
The user needs the field on this report to be expanded or access to export the report to excel.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export the report to excel.
