Special Info Link Is Not Available In IProcurement Checkout (Doc ID 2173191.1)

Symptoms

1. After enabling Information Templates for few categories.

2. Users are entering the information template while adding to the cart, however there is no link for user to edit/view entered information template from check out page, before submitting approval.
