Benefit Confirmation Statement in Self-service Is Erring (Doc ID 2173271.1)

When attempting to access the Benefit Confirmation Statement in Employee Self-Service > Benefits, the following error occurs:

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open .pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self Service Benefits
2. Update Benefits
3. Click on confirmation
