Symptoms
When attempting to Terminate a Service Contract or Contract lines, the following error occurs.
Error
get_default_tax_classification: 1-User Defined Exception
Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Search for a Contract.
3. Right Click on a Line.
4. Select 'Terminate Line.
5. In the pop-up Termination window, enter the required details.
6. Click on Review and then click on Terminate.
7. Get the indicated error.
