The Create Accounting process is returning the following error for an invoice:

'Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account. Please check the intercompany balancing rules setup'.

There are Security Rules defined for the responsibility submitting the Create Accounting program and the Intracompany Setup has a Default Clearing Balancing Segment Value (BSV) defined.
