E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Manager, Rapidclone issues

Users keep receiving errors running adpreclone.pl.

Pre-Clone fails during the stage of the OHS home, with the below errors:

SEVERE : Aug 8, 2016 9:35:55 PM - ERROR - CLONE-20420 Invalid path.
SEVERE : Aug 8, 2016 9:35:55 PM - CAUSE - CLONE-20420 The value provided for argument "-archiveLoc" was "/inst/apps/ora/logs/appl/TXK/ohs_08082135.jar". There are five possible causes:
 1. The path was not an absolute path.
 2. The path was already existing.
 3. The parent directory did not exist.
 4. The parent directory did not have write permission.
 5. If environment is UNIX, the parent directory did not have executable permission.
SEVERE : Aug 8, 2016 9:35:55 PM - ACTION - CLONE-20420 Provide a valid path.
