On : 12.1.3
The parts requirement form allows users to select parts that are obsolete in Inventory
The expectation is that obsolete items should be filtered out of the LOV so that users cannot submit an order for them.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Field Service Technician Portal responsibility.
2. Select Create Part Order from Quick Links
3. Enter Need By date
4. In the Item field select an item that is obsolete.
6. Part requirement created confirmation is received
