Create Accounting failing for Secondary Ledger on Data Access Set (Doc ID 2174161.1)

Symptoms

Using Primary and Secondary Ledger with different accounting setup for the two ledgers, when running Create Accounting the Secondary Ledger shows items with following error:


Message Number: 95300

Error Message: The access set <Ledger X> assigned to the system profile option GL: Data Access Set does not include read and write privileges for the ledger <Ledger X> and the balancing or management segment value. Please use the Data Access Sets window in General Ledger to include read and write privileges for the ledger and segment values or assign a different ledger access set to the system profile option


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Control > Requests > Run

  1. Run Create Accounting
