On : 12.2.4 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading instance from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.4, Quantity Reserved is not populated on Sales Order line for specific customer with down arrow. If you save the line, Quantity Reserved will be populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Quantity Reserved be populated when clicking down arrow.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Enter a line and click down arrow to navigate to next line.
