On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Financials for India excise tax:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Duty per Unit' value in RG23D excise tax register is changing if shipment is received in parts. It is observed that when a stock transfer is received at Trading Location, after making the receipt in 2 lots, the 2nd lot hits the RG23D register with short 'Duty per unit' and Taxes=0 in Receipt localised form for this 2nd lot.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Prepare a Receipt of a Stock Transfer transaction in parts and check the Tax value in Receipts Localized Form.
RG23D Manual Entery register shows 'Duty per unit' value halved and Ed Cess and SHE cess value are also reduced.
