Problem Statement
When customer tries to approve a purchase order, the following error occurs.

Error
PL/SQL procedure: PO_POAPPROVAL_INIT1.GET_PO_ATTRIBUTES
Error: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'BASE_DOC_CURRENCY' does not exist for item 'POAPPRV/XXXXX-XXXXX'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and try to approve a PO.

Changes

Apply any patch including the fix of <BUG:23147971>.
