Performance Issue for Payment on History Tab in Collections Workbench (Doc ID 2174382.1)

Symptoms

When running the SQL below, the Collections workbench hangs.
  



Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Collections > Collections

  1. Open the Collection workbench.
  2. Query the customer
  3. Click the History tab.
  4. Change the Type to Payment.
  5. Click the Display button.

The Collection workbench will be hanged.

 

Changes

Patch <22963437> and Patch <22948907> were applied.
