Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A receivables transaction shows that distributions have not been created after running Create Accounting, yet transaction has been posted to GL.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Distributions should be created by Create Accounting if the transaction has been posted to GL


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create credit memo
2. Run Create Accounting
3. No payment schedule or distributions created, however transaction has been posted to GL


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to balance Receivables with GL.
