When the profile option 'Service: Disable manual scheduling of field service tasks' is set to "No", the Task Status of the Field Service task of type Dispatch automatically changes to Opened.
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
- Create SR
- Click on Tasks
- Create Field Service Task with Type 'Dispatch'
- Change status to Working
=> Status changes back to Opened automatically.
