Unable To Find The Transaction Data On Match Receipts Trading Form In India Local Order Management (Doc ID 2174880.1)

On : version, Tax Deducted at Source-Payables

Unable to find the transaction data on Match receipt Trading form in India local Order Management , After entering the Organization and order type ,and entering the delivery id of the released order.but no data is appearing

The data should be available at the Match Receipt Trading form for those receipts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sales Order for an item and apply Excise Adhoc taxes as ‘0’
2. Pick confirm the sales order but Not Ship the same.
3. Before Shipping,tried to match delivery against Receipt from “Match Receipts-trading” form.
4. No record appeared on the RG23 D Register entries

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform Shipping of an Item which will delay the process of Payments from Customer and Customer can reject the shipment for not delivering on time,results in huge business loss.
