Symptoms
When attempting to approve an Absence Request
the following error occurs.

The Changes where not applied because ORA - 01422 :
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Worklist or Application Administrator
2. While Click on Approve by the Approver and the error occurs
