Symptoms
GTM Work Queue Assignment Duration does not release the records from User A when the Assignment Duration elapsed. That prevents other users from pulling those still assigned records.
Example:
Trade Master Data > Power Data > Work Queue > Work Queue > Work Queue ID XXX (Assignment Duration = 5 M)
01. Login as USER-01
02. Go to Trade Compliance Management > Restricted Party Screening Board - Work Queue > Run XXX Work Queue > This returns x records
03. Login as USER-02 > go to Trade Compliance Management > Restricted Party Screening Board - Work Queue > Run XXX Work Queue > This returns 0 records
Wait for 5 minutes > try again > This returns 0 records
