## ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Lumspum modifier applied on a sales order not present in adjustments when RMA for sales order
When a sales order is created, the Lumspum surcharge modifier was applied on it. On creating a return order, by giving the sales order as reference, the expectation is that the modifier will be added to the list price, so that the surcharge may be credited to the customer.
However, find that the RMA created by giving the sales order as reference does not pick up the lumpsum modifier. Another modifier, which has percent as the application method, has been adjusted, but not the lumpsum one.
## EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect modifier credited on the RMA.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
2. Enter RMA, reference sales order.
3. Modifier is not credited from original sales order.
