In a WMS organization the "Pre-generate Putaway Suggestions" was enabled for the organization.

Find that when you receive expense items and inventory items on the same receipt the putaway suggestions are getting created incorrectly.

There are duplicate records created for the Inventory item in the mtl_material_transactions_temp table with quantity of zero.
