OEXOEORD: Reserve Action Required Twice To Perform Reservations For Item. (Doc ID 2175668.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Scheduling and Sourcing
After upgrading to 12.2.5 version find that when reserving sales order line via Tools -> Scheduling -> Reserve first time nothing will happen however line is reserved when same attempt is made again.
It is noticed that issue started occurring after upgrading to 12.2.5 upgrade from 12.1.3.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log Into order Management Responsibility
2.Navigate to Sales Orders, Returns>Sales Orders> Open Sales Order.
3.Query any Order and go to sales order line and do Tools> Scheduling>Reserve.
4.Check Reserved Quantity filed on the Order Line.
