In Contact Center when creating a contact (for a customer), the email address is not mandatory. However, while creating a contact users are entering email address in designated field.
While editing the contact, users cannot delete the email address (of contact) as message is coming as 'Column email_address must have a value.'.Is there any way to resolve this?
