Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Modifiers Setup only
When attempting to click on the 'Value From' column, on the qualifiers group form,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-92101: There was a failure in Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details

oracle.forms.net.ConnectionExceptions: Forms session aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Qualifiers > Qualifier Groups
3. Enter Qualifier Group Name
4. Click on the Value From field
